How It Works
Our Color Matching Process
A precise, repeatable workflow built around accuracy — from the moment you submit a sample to the final verified match ready for application.
Submit Your Sample
Bring in a paint chip, a removable panel, or the vehicle itself — or simply provide the OEM color code, year, make, and model. We accept walk-ins and advance orders.
Color Analysis
Our technicians use spectrophotometry to capture the exact spectral data of your sample. The reading is cross-referenced against our color database of over 50,000 formulas to find the closest match — or build a custom formula from scratch.
Mix & Verify
Paint is mixed to the identified formula using precision gravimetric scales and industry-standard tinting systems. A test spray-out is applied and evaluated under controlled D65 daylight lighting before any paint leaves our facility.
Deliver & Support
Your matched paint is packaged with the verified formula card and full application guidance. Our technical team remains available for follow-up questions on application technique, blending, and clear coat compatibility.

Our Equipment
Professional-Grade Tools
Accurate results start with accurate instruments. We invest in the same equipment used by OEM paint manufacturers.
Spectrophotometer
Multi-angle spectral measurement captures color data that the human eye cannot reliably distinguish — essential for metallic and effect finishes.
Gravimetric Mixing System
Precision scales and computerized dispensing ensure every formula is reproduced to within 0.1g — eliminating batch-to-batch variation.
D65 Daylight Booth
Standardized lighting conditions for spray-out evaluation mean what you see in our booth matches what you see in natural sunlight.
Color Database Software
Access to 50,000+ OEM and aftermarket formulas, updated regularly, covering all major vehicle manufacturers and model years.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Do I need to bring the vehicle in?
No. A paint chip, removable panel, or the OEM color code is usually sufficient. For difficult faded or weathered colors, bringing in a panel gives us the best reference.
Can you match a color that has faded over time?
Yes. We can formulate to match the current faded state of a panel, or provide the original OEM formula so you can blend to achieve a seamless repair.
What paint brands do you support?
We work with all major automotive refinishing brands. Ask our team about availability for your preferred system.
How much paint do I need to order?
Our team will advise based on the repair area and panel count. We mix in quantities from 100ml up to bulk fleet orders.
Do you offer training for my technicians?
Yes — we run hands-on training programs covering color theory, spectrophotometer use, and spray-out technique. Contact us to arrange a session for your team.
